Terms

01Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website, the personal site of VaultFN. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Using the site

• Use the site to find out about my streams, my Discord communities and my development work.
• Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, and don't use it to send spam.
• Don't copy the site or present it as your own. See Copyright & credits.

Links to other sites

The site links to Twitch, TikTok, Discord servers and TheAgency's website. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and I'm not responsible for their content.

Discord servers

Each server has its own rules, set and enforced by its staff team. Member counts on this site are approximate and change over time.

Development work

• Free development help is offered at my discretion. I can accept or decline any request, and availability isn't guaranteed.
• You stay responsible for your server, site or project, and for following the rules of the platforms it runs on, such as Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
• Never post a bot token, password or API key in public. If we work together, we'll agree on how access is handled.

No warranty

The site and any free work are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for losses that come from using the site or the work.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

02Privacy

This site has no accounts, no ads and no analytics. The pages themselves don't collect personal data.

• Contact form. The form doesn't send anything to a server. It opens your own email app or copies the text so you can send it yourself. Anything you send me by email or Discord is only used to reply to you.
• Fonts. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• Hosting. The company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security.
• Other sites. When you open Twitch, TikTok or Discord from here, their privacy policies apply.

03Cookies

This site uses at most two small cookies. If your browser blocks cookies, the same values may be kept in your browser's local storage instead.

Essential only keeps the first cookie. Accept all, or turning on Preferences, adds the second. You can change your choice at any time.
